Do you mind sending me that document so I can investigate? Blank files are usually the result of password protected PDFs. pdfpirate.net doesn’t work on password protected files…

PDF with included form had restrictions removed successfully but form fields were gone

Vitrium Systems (Protectedpdf.com) protected files don't seem to work...

Hi, not sure if this is the proper method to request assistance with some stubborn .pdf files or not, but didn't see any other way, so...here's the issue.

I've tried to unprotect several Vitrium Systems (Proctedpdf.com) .pdf files using pdfpirate.com, and while the password to initially open the file is gone (even tried removing the intial open file password successfully with a stand-alone product) ,the pages inside the .pdf file are still protected afterwards. Can someone assist with this?
